‘Zoomitis’ or Zoom fatigue is a real thing.
Here are 4 ways to minimize it for yourself and your teams from Stanford University.

1. Don’t use full screen as the faces are too big and appear too close and in your ‘person bubble’.
2. Hide self-view as it’s unnatural to see yourself in an in-person meeting.
3. Have space behind your camera to walk and draw on a white board as you would do in an in-person meeting.
4. Take audio-only breaks by turning away from the video frequently.
